I got good service, as always – my car runs beautifully. However, may I share one thing which I felt was a glitch. I left my car Tues. morning; got a follow up call Wed. a.m.; but then heard nothing for two days (left a message for my rep on Thursday but didn’t hear back). I called on Friday morning and another representative was assigned to take over the work. The work done was excellent – but not having good feedback to the client makes us go crazy (sorry!). I felt no one was following up on my car; I was the one who had to call you to find out its status. Some more thought on how to do this better would be so welcome. (Your intake procedure is wonderful – very attentive). I do appreciate your dealership and will be back. I know we are all doing our best in these trying times.

Great service, originally I went to the Dodge dealer in Ontario but after waiting a half hour to drop off my car I left and decided to use John Elway’s Dodge. What a difference, they honor a appointment time, made sure parts were in stock and provide reminders for the appointment. Car was finished quickly and they washed it to. Talk about night and day, love the service!
