Called to check on my glasses since its been 3 weeks with no call and no one answered. Every time I call i’m put on hold and no one ever picks up. Easier to just go to walmart than calling or waiting for them to call you.

If your trying to get an appointment for an eye exam, expect to make a lot of calls. They rarely pick up and it’s extremely hard to get in contact with someone to make an appointment let alone to check up and see if your glasses are in. The vision center and the doctor office are two separate entities. The vision center is quick, my sunglasses took three days. However, I’ve tried calling the doctors office multiple times during the last week to just check on my glasses, a machine picked up every time.
