Probably about the worst mechanics in all of cortland… no in all of upstate. As an employee of a business that deals with with grant street. I have had the unfortunate task of dealing with them for years. I have seen such things as them failing to tighten an oil filter to the point that it fell off on touch after arriving on sight, to say the least. They over charge for work that appears to not be completed. Honestly they seem to be a company that is so incompetent that they couldn’t find a tree in a forest. If you need work done dousing your truck in gasoline and burning it to claim the insurance would be more effective than sending it here. My prayers are with any that bring anything here.
