The ice cream was definitely something different. We loved the flavors. Personally I loved the herbal snow which was more of a sorbet. It had basil seeds in it and it was very interesting. The saffron rose water flavor was great. It had pistachios in it, so if you love pistachios, it would be a great choice. My friend got the lavender, and it was also very good.
