I love the choices of shoes. I walked out with 4 pairs about a month ago. This visit I was looking for a blue/purple one that has been on my mind. It wasn’t there. Oh well. That’s an outlet for ya.

The worst customer service ever experienced living in the United States for 18 years. Today was my first and last time being there. At first I was happy that I found closer store to my home. I went there around 7:30pm to buy shoes for myself and 3 children since I like Sketcher shoes. But my experience over there was horrible. The stocker lady and the lady manager would tell you not to make a mess, keep my excited about buying shoes children next to me, they wouldn’t let them make a choice because they were touching and moving shoes around and giving them extra work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The manager said that she doesn’t care about me coming back there. What kind of manager is she???!!!!! Reading other reviews, i understood that if you are black or white they would welcome you there and give you a good customer service! If you are Latino or Asian, they would tell you not to move shoes around and make a mess or bring the children there!!!!!!!! I’m so hurt!!!!!!!!!!!!!
