When the staff bring their A-Game I receive texts before I leave the DRs office indicating they received a prescription, and it’s ready for pickup by the time I arrive. Other times there’s no text, when I check the app it says the Rx is in process, and will stay at that status sometimes until I call a day or two later. At their worst, staff will make up excuses as to why they can’t find another store with stock during a backorder. Service is highly variable. Other locations have provided a much more consistent & higher standard of service.

This is the ONLY pharmacy that I’ve ever dealt with where they just dont answer the phone!! Its 525pm they close at 10pmShift change perhaps?. I’ve been calling for 25 mins!!Sick people dont need this kind of stress… mgr needs to hire a phone person.
