It gets better and better each and every visit…Let me honestly say this because I encounter a different staff person every time.It can’t be fake or rehearsed.NO WAY!!!! Their deminor,the ability to be listeners instead of talkers, atmosphere on the floor behind the counter is friendly not pushy.So relaxed at times they even laugh all the while trying to be a model employee all semi professional and serious.My point is this.Go to the T-mobil store on Howe ave.next to the Boiling point restraunt.I promise you’ll be satisfied you did..paying a bill,buying a phone,switching service,or wanting to browse not be pressured go to T-mobil tell them Ken/Lola sent you
