Second time in as many weeks that something we shipped ended up broken when it arrived. The first time, they said they weren’t liable because we boxed it. The second time, we had them box it and they’re still saying it’s not their fault and that this kind of thing happens all the time. Poor customer service. We never had this problem with the previous owner. Can’t recommend their services now.

Updated April 2021: a new lady works at this UPS now and she does a good job! Service may be a little slow.Sadly, the reviews are true. I read the reviews before going in the store. Walked in and both girls at the counters are on their phones and dismissive to me. During my time in the store, one of them starts calling their friends and swearing and laughing loudly. I have great experiences with the UPS in La Mirada, so this was terrible.
