Owner refused to tell me what he had in stock for a specific shoe over the phone. I asked, Do you have a turf soccer cleat in size 4.5. He said We have lots of sizes. You need to come in. Everyone who comes in finds something they like. I asked again and he told me It depends if they are used to wearing Nike or Adidas. Okay, so do you have a turf cleat in size 4.5 in Nike or Adidas? Response was, I have turf cleats from $35 dollars up to $120. Okay, do you have a size 4.5 for $120 You have to come in. I don’t sell shoes over the phone. I don’t want to buy shoes over the phone. I just want to see if you have a size 4.5 turf shoe before I drive 20 minutes to your store….You have to come in. I don’t sell shoes over the phone.
