Worst costumer service EVER!!! me and my cousins needed to go to the bathroom we saw a girl inside so we thought it was open so we entered and the lady that was cleaning the bathroom started to yell at us saying “it’s closed! Why come in here”. There was no sign saying it was closed it only said wet floor. They should put a sign closed for cleaning. Me and my cousin went out side and she looked at us in a horrible way. The thing that was confusing me and my cousin’s is there was other girl in the bathroom not sure if she was supposed to be in there or she just went in but otherwise horrible never going to the bathroom there again unbelievable!

Beautiful store. You walk in and you’re definitely wow’d at the square footage. (Sadly, I was also reminded of just how big Toys R Us was being as that used to occupy this space.) The prices are a little higher than I would expect, but I’m sure the quality is better. The store layout is similar to Ross a few doors down. You have clearly labeled sections/departments with racks and/or shelves of merchandise. The store was clean, but some sections did have empty racks or shelves, which is understandable being as the store is so new. The fitting room was clean and well lit. The aisles of clothing were tight- don’t plan on two people with a shopping cart having the ability to pass one another. Overall, a nice store.

Clean store but … this one lady got mad at me because the sign says “closed for cleaning “ even though it says wet floor. The reason why i went in because a lady was washing her hands and I thought I could go in. But the lady says “ no no you can’t go in it’s closed,closed”. I needed to go to the bathroom really badly but she wouldn’t let me so I had to go a store near me.
