Very pleasant visit to this location. Very clean and sanitized. I went in to upgrade my phone with jump and Cynthia was very helpful and answered all my questions honestly. Her customer service was lovely. I’m not sure on the rest of the staff but I would definitely go back because or Cynthia !

Terrible location with shady sales people. I was told that the OtterBox and screen protectors were going to be free , but when I checked my bill statement I am being charged about $8 monthly for one year for the extra equipment. Do not come here! They are all working for commission and are sneaky. I can’t even get my money back for the extra stuff I could’ve purchased online for a lot cheaper!
