September 2016 – I had a great experience with Sharif on Marconi. I found the perfect jacket to go with my engagement ring with the help of a young lady. She knew exactly what I was looking for & I loved it. For that I give a great review.Very friendly people but they play games, repair items multiple times instead of fixing correctly the first time. It’s a hassle with the back & forth & the wait & it’s a ploy to get you back in the store.Only now we have to pay to get the damage done to my wedding rings repaired by another jeweler. Sharif broke my trust. That’s the bottom line. Very disappointing.I lost the main stone out of my set. I was told today the prong & mount were old & worn out. Sharif couldn’t tell? They had the rings more often than I did these past couple years! They soldered my rings crooked & out of whack. They took a set I loved & made it an embarrassment.They lost a good, loyal customer when they lost my husband but we won’t be back. He has spent thousands of dollars in that store. I see it, he buys it two or three times a year. No. More.
