I wanted to share an exceptional experience that I had at N. Fox Jewelers in Saratoga Springs. My son and I were in to look at the Rolex watches. We were warmly greeted by Chrissy. I previously contacted Chrissy asking about the inventory of Rolex watches. It was obvious that Chrissy was top notch providing her knowledge about Rolex and the watch industry. We were shown all the stock watches currently available. Although the Rolex stainless steel sports models were not available, I expressed my interest in a Rolex steel model. I would recommend N. We went in looking for a Christmas gift. We worked with Matt H- he was so kind, helpful and made things fun. You can tell he’s been doing this for a while and is passionate about helping those who enter the store! We ended up purchasing a ring that was slightly too small and their team was able to commit to resizing and turning it back to us even with the time crunch before the holidays.
