There are two employees here who are always very knowledgeable and always warm and welcoming. They are friendly and answer any questions you have. However, I do not enjoy dealing with the older woman that is often here. She is not warm, and often comes off as if she can not be bothered with any questions. Whether she doesn’t want to answer them or deal with customers, or she doesn’t actually know .But I try to avoid dealing with her as much as possible. Would give less rating but the two younger employees more than make up for the unpleasant interaction with her.
