Both service reps went the extra 10 miles with me and my wife! Really satisfied with the courtesy and the patience the Reps exhibited. We took our time to make a decision based on being well-informed oh, and of course we lacked all this information prior to arriving at this particular location. Needless to say anything that the Reps couldn’t answer they searched 4 answers to give. My wife’s actual words are she’s cool isn’t she? We went in there looking to get only one new number and came out with a great deal on 4 brand new phones. Anyone looking to have a family plan needs to go here!
