waited 15 min for an iced coffee, 2 employees on – only one making orders – the other was too new. No rhyme or reason to what orders went out, finally walked out. The day before they made me walk through the drive thru to order because the lobby was closed (I was standing inside the lobby). This place is always a dump and it’s clear that even management doesn’t care about this location. If you’re in Troy and you want a coffee after 5pm you’re officially out of luck.

Dunkin Donuts is Dunkin Donuts, I feel like they could definitely put a little bit more effort into making my latte more of a latte instead of almond milk in the bottom and the rest floating on top I had to ask for a large cup to mix it up, but the staff is typically very young and therefore childish and perhaps even a little combative and confrontational as they asked my boyfriend was he going to order anything, pretty much what was he doing standing there if he’s not going to be ordering anything or spending money when he was just politely waiting for me. He happens to be a dark-skinned black and Spanish man, just saying!
