This store is amazing. The staff was very friendly explaining the history of the store and where they are now. He also explained the store policy. I just recently found out about this brand. I purchased 3 watches, buy 1 get 1 free of the same value or less well I payed 1,762 dollars for 1 and supposedly the second was over 1k. I also purchased one for my daughter for 266 dollars. I found the same watches for a lot less on a website, 385, 639 and 124 dollars. I went back to the the store within 3 hours of purchasing it. I spoke to the manager Raymond and he said I can get my refund or get the price difference. Also ask me to take a screen shot of the website I seen it and email it to him which I did. The next day he email me saying that there’s nothing he can do. Wel I called the credit card company to dispute it. What they don’t tell you is that on the receipt it reads no refund, exchange or store credit.
