With the recent expansion of the UNIQLO store in Sky View Center, the overall shopping experience has improved immensely. Maybe it’s also due to the initial hype of a UNIQLO location opening in Queens has died down as well. The store is extremely well organized and all the items are very clearly displayed (just like other locations of UNIQLO). You should have no trouble finding staple clothing items at this store, but keep in mind the items fit slightly differently from their American counterparts (i.e. Gap) so definitely try stuff on if you’re new to this particular brand.

Unacceptable !!! Do check your receipts and check your bags… Cashier Calvin tryed to scam me! Long story short he scanned 2extra items to my transaction. Originally I had 8 items, I was charged for 10 items (30$) extra. After I walked out of the store my wife decided to check receipt. Then we noticed this scamm! Of course we got refunds but this is unexeptable!!!BTW they didn’t even apologized . Cashier Michelle who refunded me money did this with attitude.

I feel very frustrated with this Japanese fashion store. It is not professional. I want to give zero and do not comment anybody to shop. I placed an order to ship my home. It is misplaced somewhere. They delivered and never received it. I placed second order and pick up store. The Skyview Center does not check with the package label and gives me. It is not mine. They said my order is not ready. I have received Ready to pick up on Tuesday. I work and cannot pick up until Saturday. The notification shows one day pick up and return next day. I spent one month to get my stuff. BAD SERVICE, BAD SERVICE, NOT CARING. I swear never come back. The representive told me not guaranteen to have my order this Saturday. FOREVER 21 have 10 days to pick up.Please do not shop, too horrible, bad experience with UNIQULO
