Critical: Quality, Value Paid 500 bucks and it didn’t work. Complained to them and they wanted to charge me another 500 bucks to come back. I did everything that they told me to do and it didn’t work! Now the infestation is 10 times worse than it was! Don’t waste your money with this company!

Wasted 500 bucks. Sprayed twice. Problem still exists. Found out they never even sprayed the whole rug the 1st time like I thought they were going to. (Just the borders.) At least that’s what I was told. They did the 2nd time. Still getting bit. Would not recommend them.AND WHY DID YOU SAY IN YOUR RESPONSE TO CONTACT YOU GUYS BY EMAIL??? I ALREADY DID. AND YOU KNOW I ALREADY DID A COUPLE WEEKS AGO. JOHN TOLD ME I HAD TO BUY A BUG TRAP FOR 50 BUCKS. THATS ALL HE SAID. Obviously you sent the reply because it SOUNDED GOOD.I’ve contacted the Better Business Bureau and a few other places. Nothing but a nightmare.

Great job getting rid of my bee hive in my soffit. I tried 3 times to get rid of it by myself and just couldn’t get rid of them. Advanced came and they were gone the next morning! Very friendly and professional. Awesome thanks.
