The menu is simplified and we practically ordered half of the menu.

Mobys was able to adapt to the pandemic by adding a wonderful tent in the back of the building. The tent reminds me of a circus. It creates a very festive atmosphere and it allows for tables to be spaced out very nicely. The food is excellent and the service very good. A really nice experience all around.

I wish I could give this spot a better review just for its outdoor patio setup, which is incredibly beautiful and perfect for 2020’s socially distanced summer. There are string lights all around, endless numbers of giant picnic tables that fit groups up to 10 spaced out across the backyard, and a few indoor covered tables too. However, the food portion sizes and value for the prices is a big drawback that almost ruins the amazing ambiance. We had a reservation for a group of 10 through Resy/email coordination with the restaurant (which worked out great), and were required to do the prix fixe group price of $65 or $85 per person. See photo, the main difference is that 85 includes pizza+1 additional app plate and 65 doesn’t. Alcohol and tax and tip not included in those prices either. We assumed at a price of $85 per person that we’d get tons of food, especially since it’s all served family style, but we were all super disappointed. We got 1 tiny plate of each appetizer on the menu (e.g., 1 plate of bread, 1 plate of ricotta), and 3 tiny pizzas that provided 1 small slice of pizza per person total, then 2 plates per entree (so 2 small bowls of pasta to share amongst 10 of us, and 2 small chicken breasts to split 10 ways). There were no additional refills or plates brought out after the two courses even when we finished everything. For a group of 10 adults, the portion sizes for the price (for average tasting food) were borderline ridiculous.Summary: We absolutely loved the outdoor setting but wouldn’t come back due to the small portions of family style at crazy high prices for group dinners. I hope the staff can figure out a way to make this a better experience for larger parties in the future!

I simply cannot believe this place still operate. Ordered Fried chicken breast and a small pasta, not to mention how stingy the portion is, taste of both are plain and bland, on top of which, you need to pay double the price you pay at average place.Besides, they got my order wrong, but I really was tired of telling them to correct coming back from trip to the lighthouse hungry and depleted. The most wacky thing is, in the end when I went to check, she brought me a bill of over $300 of 5 orders with a creepy smile.Notice the number of reviews it has?
