My parents ordered a couch and glider chair in late August, gave them the money (paid in full) and have not received the couch. They were told maybe February or March. When my father asked to be compensated for his troubles they told him no that he received a VA discount and that would suffice. He was getting that anyway!! Meanwhile they have not had a couch for several months. They are sitting on lawn chairs made of plastic This is completely unacceptable! My family has shopped there for years and to be treated like this, especially when they took their money!! Be aware of this horrible experience and go to a larger store in Jamestown, or Buffalo and get treated better!

Todd, Donna and Ray are wonderful to work with! Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable on products and wonderful at helping you determine the best fit for your needs. We have bought multiple items from Puccis and each time we did, someone took the time to talk with us to make sure our purchase made sense for our needs and our budget.They are patient, not pushy. They’re completely open and honest about delivery and order fulfillment time frames and do their best to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase before the transaction is complete. I highly recommend visiting Pucci’s FIRST before going anyplace else.
