It must be tough being a customer rep and having to answer questions.

If you can avoid this company DO IT! The customer service is horrible! Have spoken to Donna several times there in the last 3 days and she gave me incorrect information. She is rude and talks over top of you. Today I spoke to Reina she was also rude and wasn’t listen to me. I’m trying to get an insulin pump from my daughter, they are telling me I have a bill from 2017 that I never got a bill for. They stated on Monday (it’s now Wednesday) that I was sent to collections when I called collections they had no record of it. But this “bill” is holding up my child getting an insulin pump that keeps her alive. This company has no customer service skills and they are very unorganized. I will continue to find another company to supply our medical needs. I would have given them zero stars but that wasn’t an option.Update: 5/5/2021I have emailed and called and left messages for Bryan Meek several times for help, however after the “bill” was paid he stopped returning my calls and or emails. This company is a serious joke. They have the same reply to all of the reviews and when you email them, they do not contact you back. I spent a good part of my morning Monday trying to get supplies ordered for my daughter and change 1 small thing on the order and customer service was a joke yet again. Needless to say we still do not have an order.

Byram Healthcare is a FRAUDULENT ORGANIZATION.I approached Byram Healthcare to get a Touchless Diabetic Meter. After two months they contacted us and explained that since they could not retrieve updated information from our doctor after multiple attempts, that they cancelled the application process and were not offering to restart the process.Basically Byram Healthcare fraudulently portrayed themselves as middle men who could successfully process our application to obtain a touchless diabetic meter, they knowingly and intentionally wasted our time, our doctors time, and intentionally botched the application process with Medicare and our secondary insurance provider.Byram Healthcares customer service is a maze of inept and deceptive sales agents who habitually pass the buck around to eachother in order to waste your time. You will figure that out really quick speaking with them on the phone as they shuffle you around from person to person. They will cite that they need more information, or records from your doctor, they will have issues obtaining records via fax or email, and they have horrible record keeping skills. They will also stall to the point that terminates the application process and blame everyone but themselves. All the other 1 star reviews should be heeded, and are 100% warranted. Byram doesn’t even contest the negative reviews so that should tell you something right there. How they stay in business under this kind of deceptive business trade practice is beyond me, but Medicare should look into Byram Healthcare questionable activity’s.

I have so many mixed emotions about Byram Healthcare. I got a call today saying they could not fill my Monthly Order because Medicare still had me with aetna and would not cover the Order. I went nuts! Silver Script just called me a few days ago saying, it’s all straitened out. As of May 1, 2021, I was now back with my original Medicare A, B, and D. I immediately called Medicare and explained my talk with Byram. Brandy Smith told me she had no idea what Byram was talking about and repeated what Silver Script told me. Her records showed that aetna extras were out and my original Medicare A, B, and D were reposted to my Medicare Account on May 1, 2021. The woman I spoke with at Byram seemed genuinely concerned and I want to thank her for that. I feel real bad that I forgot her name. I gave her a good survey because of her caring attitude. I cannot understand why she could not get any help from her co-workers.
