Horrible service. We used them for a couple months and I think I can count more times when they missed either garbage or recycling or both than I can when we didn’t have any problems. Then when we cancelled their service and were asked to leave the empty bins in the driveway they didn’t get picked up for 3 weeks. When I called to ask why it was because I left them in the driveway and not on the curb (even though I was asked to) and then they tried to charge me extra because there was somehow garbage and recycling in the upside down bins…

By far the best service we have ever received. We received (2) very durable carts for us to use and store our trash and recycling in. We take them down to our road, which isn’t the best road and can get nasty at times, and every week, the trash and recycling is gone. Great driver and have a lot of respect for someone who has to be out picking up trash in the rain, snow, ice, etc. Great Job, Casella.
