I tend to frequent this particular Advance Auto simply because they seem to keep parts for my German cars in stock more than any other stores in the area. However the last two trips to this location have been for returns of defective parts. I’ve dealt with the same employee both times and on each occasion have received conflicting information in regards to the process of returning or exchanging said parts. He didn’t even ask me what happened with the part or how it failed just what he can do to make the process more difficult, while being as unprofessional as can be.I will no longer be purchasing anything from Advanced Auto. There’s too many other good options to waste my time here exchanging faulty parts continuously and to be treated as poorly as I have been.

I purchased a battery with a warranty in October of 2019 . I have been having issues with my car starting the past 3 days went to my mechanic who checked everythi g told me it was my battery. Go to them to get it replaced and they don’t replace it because according to the battery tester it was good, but if it was bad they would have. Had it tested 10 m I nd before goi g there and was told it was bad! I spend a good amount of money there, I guess I will find another location. Never again will I buy anything from them
