A friend and I walked into this place on a casual Sunday. He was making a return and I was making a purchase. What can I say besides the fact that this store initially didn’t offer the warm fuzzy feeling that the polo bear is supposed to provide. The representative helping my friend showed disinterest in helping him. Made him feel as if it was inconvenient to her that he was making a return. I was waved off by 2 different sales people and I was told to go to different departments to make something as small as a gift card purchase. Other staff members made direct eye contact with me and never even acknowledged I was there or decided to ask if I needed any help. Being waved off by the first salesperson I understood as she was already helping a client the second however it seemed she decided it wasn’t worth her time even though she was already next to a register. Only reason I haven’t given this rating 0 stars is that the staff member LYNEE who ultimately ended up helping me was very sweet and professional. Lynne asked how she could help me and She packed the gift card up in a nice box then wrapped a fancy red bow on it. She made casual conversation so it didn’t just feel like a money hungry business transaction. She also sent a follow up email thanking me for my business. THANK YOU LYNNE and Happy Holidays! For the record I only posted this review because I called in and asked for a sales-manager the next day then was told I would be given a call back. Guess what? No one called me back.
