I was in a no fault vehicle accident and i phoned Cyclone. They immediately arrived on scene and towed car to shop. Here at Cyclone i was greet by a really nice guy who goes by the name Danny. he assured me my car was in good hands. He handled the insurance company and made sure i’m to be place in a car rental that would match my cars cost. i was then given a 2017 Cadillac XTS at no cost to me while my car was being repaired. Today i pick up my 2013 Infiniti M-37 and was instantly pleased with the quality of work Cyclone performed. i’m a very happy. thank you guys (especially Danny) at Cyclone for treating me with dignity and for doing a tremendous job on my car. my wife is also elated. Me being a business owner my self, i know good quality work when i see it. Hands down you guys rock!!!

I had a great experience getting my car repaired after an accident this fall. Danny took care of my car right away and Marina took her time to explain the insurance claim process thoroughly to me. They were very professional during the entire claims repair process and my car looked pretty much brand new once I got it back. Thank you Danny, Marina and the Collision Center crew.
