They never really have much of what you’re looking for unless it’s for Halloween. We were looking for the sugar to make cotton candy. I asked an employee who said she was going to check to see if they carry it in the store and she never came back. Every time we saw her while walking around, she’d turn another way. I’ll stick with them for Halloween and balloons for birthdays but that’s it.

I know a lot of people .which means I go to a lot of parties and events. which also means I’m at party city a lot. this location at 815 Hutchison River parkway, store # 531 is a new location. I’ve been here several times already, including on 10.09.18. to get some things for my wife’s birthday. while you will usually find whatever you are looking for. however,I could not find a large balloon with th # 46 on it( not saying that my wife is turning 46 anytime soon). anyway the cashiers Renee and Angel or it maybe Angie, where very helpful. they took the time to pick out a large balloon and then found some inflatable numbers and attached them to the big balloon and made me one amazing balloon. I observed the other cashiers as they assisted other customers. they were all so knowledgeable and pleasant. the store is much larger than the one that closed on White plains road. I found it to be well stocked with great products. it is very clean and well organized. the prices are reasonable. and the parking is free. I would recommend that if you are looking for party supplies that you come here and look for Renee and Angel/ Angie.
