Had to come back multiple times due to lines and then wait 30 min on the 3rd attempt. After completing the entire upgrade process I was informed that they do not have the phone in stock and it needed to be ordered. I was told I would have it at my house within 3-4 days. The online link for shipping status says it won’t ship for 40+ days. Nice people but poor customer service.
