I highly recommend the T-Mobile on the second floor near Macy’s!! The whole staff really makes you feel welcome & answers all questions. But Shahidah took her time explaining everything to me when switching from my old iPhone to a new one. She made it such an easy process and I can tell she truly cares about her customers. If you don’t have T-Mobile, they will definitely show you why you need to make the switch! Happy/Loyal customer here!!
