Absolutely amazing place to live! I have been living in this building for over 4 years now- we were one of the first move-ins, and all I can say that The Allure has been nothing but the most incredible home to live in for the past few years. The apartments and amenities are great and modern. The entire staff is beyond wonderful and super helpful and accommodating. Keri, Jo, Michelle, Foula, the super and maintenance folks and everyone else that is part of the team is very kind, respectful and helpful with all of our issues. Its been a great experience to live here and I highly recommend to anyone! Thank you for everything! 🙂

I didn’t realize you could delete your page because of negative, honest reviews and start a brand new one? So, I figured I would re-post:If it were possible to give zero stars, I would have, but unfortunately, that’s not an option. All I can say is RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!We were one of the original residents here when the building first opened. We rarely had any issues when Mill Creek was the property management company (Modera). The prior property personnel (Danielle, Eleni, and Anthony) were fantastic! We decided not to renew our lease this last time for several reasons. Ever since Bozzuto took over as the property management company (Allure), it’s basically been a downward spiral. The fire alarms going off all hours of the night, as well as the elevators that never seemed to be fully operational were constant annoyances. There used to be a strict income requirement under Mill Creek. Bozzuto doesn’t seem to be very selective about who they let move in I can’t even tell you the number of times I caught newer residents smoking marijuana (and crystal meth?) in the parking garage. When I complained about this, I was told it’s not their responsibility to monitor the garage. I found this very strange since the lease requires you to sign a separate parking addendum (you’re required to pay for parking). Speaking of the parking garage, the doors were constantly broken, so anybody could enter the premises without proper admittance (since it went unmonitored).Ever funnier – once negative reviews are posted, they completely shut down the current Google and Yelp sites and create brand new ones with zero reviews. This appears to be intentional and a trend with Bozzuto in general for all their properties. Beware – they do not enforce their own policies! The parking situation was absolutely dreadful. In addition to the garage doors issue, people who didn’t live here would tailgate you into the garage, so they could illegally trespass. You are supposed to have Allure parking stickers on your vehicle’s window, but the majority of the cars in the garage had no stickers at all. People park in all spaces regardless of parking status (reserved vs. unreserved), and as stated previously, no one enforces the rules on a regular and consistent basis. I get it, it’s hard to walk through the garage to monitor. I’m so sorry for asking you to do the basic minimum when we paid $150 each per month for reserved spots; sorry to inconvenience you to actually have you do your job (how about you just refund all the residents back for these parking fees?). Residents with unreserved stickers parked in reserved spots. There were even vehicles that appeared to be abandoned because they were missing license plates and/or had inspections/registrations that were expired. Perhaps stolen vehicles?Their maintenance staff is also terrible unless they have an affinity for you. You will have to open constant tickets to get issues resolved, but the issues ultimately never end up having any resolution. They also don’t clean up the dog urine and feces that tenants leave in the stairwells from their pets. With so many other communities in the neighboring area that offer much better amenities, much higher quality, professional, and attentive staff, and much more competitive rent prices, you should not even consider this property. I keep in touch with some of the residents who still reside here, and I’m told the problems are just continuing to exacerbate. Instead of being called The Allure, why not be completely honest and change your name to The Illusion? Don’t move here you will regret it!!!
