Unfortunately, the staff I interacted with had no personality and was poor in the customer service. I asked him to keep eye one very heavy package and will come back in few minutes (needed special packaging from U-haul), and he couldn’t because of liability. I had to put the stuff into my car back and bring it back after my trip. Hurt my lower back… Thank you

Customer service is really top notch. They might only have one or two people working so just be patient if you come in and they’re busy, but the wait is worth it. Really liked that they have an email address to send your shipping labels to as a backup in case there is an issue with your barcode.
