This is the year 2020 and the fact that you have to stand in a third world type of line is unacceptable for a media/cable company that takes hundred of millions from consumers. This office is way too small to service a large area of Westchester. Cablevision/Optimum must do better and spend less on TV commercials. This company is obviously mid managed. Stay home or go to Verizon. No one should have to stand outside in the heat or cold for any reason and when there are choices for TV/Internet/Phone.

Very friendly service. Once you get there you just have to wait till the person calls you in. Only one person per account is aloud in. Then temp will be taken and you go in.
