Called to check if they had a sneaker I was purchasing and was told yes they will hold for me as I was already in transit. Arrived 20 minutes later only for it to be “missing”. Not one staff member tried to help me locate the item so I I could purchase. A lot of young kids work there and don’t seem to care about there job.
