The employees were helpful and pleasant but the to itself is a hot mess. The down escalator was not working and the elevator is always disgustingly filthy as is the entryway from the street. It amazes me how this store sells cleaning products but does not use any towards the upkeep and cleanliness of the overall store. I do not know if a maintenance company is responsible for cleaning escalator, elevator and entryway, if so that company needs to be FIRED and contract revoked.

This store has a lot of necessary items, but this store needs TLC and the aisles that I needed (decorations) had loads of boxes and unpacked merchandise that I couldn’t access the aisle at all. This location needs to hire more staff. The Dollar Tree on 3rd Ave is WAY better.

I must’ve came during receiving of a shipment because a lot of aisles were blocked by products needing to be unpacked however I was surprised at the grand size of the store and the overall ease to keep a safe distance and find what you needed (that was available). The staff was friendly and efficient. I enjoyed my experience but I do warn any first timers that yes the entrance to the store is a bit shabby looking. That was my only complaint, it was dimly lit and just worn down. I only felt safe because a NYPD car just so happened to be parked on the street so that helped.
