Changed to 3.5 stars since management reached out. I appreciate that fact.Second time I tried this location. I went here once to get my tires installed. They wanted 40% more than the other Mavis location (1598 state street). The young woman didn’t seem to realize or care that my car didn’t have TPMS and was charging me for things I didn’t need (didn’t have on my car actually). I went to 1598 state street and they were great and charged me much less.I needed an inspection. 1598 doesn’t do inspections :<(. I went to this location after making my online appointment. Drive down and of course they have no inspector there at this time. This must have never happened before. Otherwise, you'd think they would not take appointments when they don't have an inspector. I know that it actually isn't that hard to adjust the online sign up so they don't waste people's time.Batting 0/2 at this location. I already know it will be 0/3 if I tried them again so on to somewhere else. I've had luck with every Mavis location I have been to...except 3434 State Street.**Also update your message online. Staff are not wearing masks. Not an issue for me but just another thing that is not being managed well at this location.

I NEVER leave reviews but have to say the store manager here is fantastic. She was extremely helpful and patient. The rest of the staff were all great as well. They were efficient and professional. Definitely the location to go for any services they perform your vehicle needs and me having a Fleet vehicle I’ll continue to give them my business.
