So unless you work here there’s nothing called service.

Their definition of ’emergency’ is quite the opposite from what most consider the meaning of that word. I sat for hours waiting for the results of my test. When I stopped a nurse to ask for them, I was told to download their app to find out the results. When I finally got the results and found out they were negative, I asked to be discharged. I waited and waited for the discharge papers. I rang the assistance bell only to find out it was broken. What if there was an actual emergency? Would I ring the bell until something horrible happened? All the while, I could hear nurses gabbing about TV shows while I kept ringing the bell wanting to leave. When they finally came to set me free, the nurse did this excellent job removing my IV (see picture) For a hospital with such a great reputation, their staff seems apathetic to patients. Avoid.

Honestly I was vouching for this place and I’m waiting for over 2 hours after being checked in with asthma and still having so much trouble breathing. Just because I’m not making a scene it doesn’t mean I’m not in pain. Everyone who came after me got in.. what type of order do they take people in?

I was treated well by staff. My issues were addressed and my questions answered. Was admitted fairly quick for a Saturday night when they where busy.
