Everyone says they have the best chicken, not today. It was cold and the juice inside when I took a bite was cold. The staff seemed annoyed I interrupted them texting on the phone to get service. Wouldn’t give me a 10piece of tenders, said they only did 8piece. I asked for honey for my biscuit, no honey. Before I left I asked for butter for my biscuit, they said it was in the bag, it wasn’t. Won’t be back.

So glad the store is back open. The new owner did a great job renovating. BEST FRIED CHICKEN IN ITHACA BY FAR OFFERED UNTIL 9PM EVERYDAY!! They now offer subs which are delicious, perfect for grab-n-go! Great brand new staff, they provided me with good service. Definitely going back. But, make sure you have your ID if you buying booze cause they didn’t sell to me which I am glad as it protects the community I was told by the employee that the new policy is 100% ID.
