Love this place!! Super friendly staff & a great selection of…well lots of things! I mostly frequent the bulk herb section, there’s sooooo many to choose from and I love it! They have the best salt free Italian Seasoning blend in the bulk section.Lots of goods from local central NY businesses & farms. I always seem to leave with more than I had written on my grocery list 🙂

If you are Keto or Intermittent Fasting this is the store for you! They have Grass Fed Meat, Baked Pork Rinds, Fat Snax Cookies, Pure Stevia extract & Vegan cream Cheese that have NO Natural Flavors I come here to get all my keto snacks plus their turkey bacon is very clean and its really hard to find clean turkey bacon without antibiotics. I absolutely love this place and if you want to start keto and Intermittent fasting (you should do both to get the maximum benefit and ketone production) you must shop here!
