I came here inquiring for an X6 and I left with it! Sebastian was super polite, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire purchase. Casandra, the finance manager was tough but courteous and professional and ended up giving me a fair deal. Favian was also very helpful and accommodating when it came to any final logistical issues that were pending right before the purchase of the vehicle. You can tell that the dealership functions well as a team and every person plays an important role in guiding you through the purchase. Would recommend Queens Auto Mall for the purchase of any pre-owned luxury car. I found a gorgeous RARE X6 and I couldn’t be happier.

My experience was very pleasant and professional immediately upon reaching out. A customer service representative Selena reached out to me and booked an appointment. I had already been to THREE previous dealerships in the past two weeks and was not treated so kindly or seriously. I am injured and on crutches and I wasn’t treated as kindly. Possibly, I was not taken seriously and salesmen did not have any patience to work with me.I knew the type of vehicle I needed, wanted and could afford!! Thankfully, my salesman Shondell was extremely patient with me, very knowledgeable of the vehicle’s on the lot and never swayed from his excellent customer service.
