Wife ordered a custom couch in January with an ETA of March. This was perfect as we were moving into a house in March and it was timed perfectly. March came and we got a blunt and rude call alerting us of a delay. No information of an updated ETA or anything. When we followed up was told the delay brings the ETA out to June 6th. Was told of no reason why the delay occurred just cause of COVID. Called two weeks before the couch was to arrive in the warehouse on 6/6 and same date. Thought we were in the clear. Called today 6/7 and was told of an updated ETA of 6/7 and 8/4. This update came with 0 update or anything from the store. I had to call constantly to see where my item is and follow up. When I asked why I didn’t get an update I was told nothing. Keeping a customer in the loop would be the bare minimum at this point. My wife and I were planning on using them to furnish the rest of our house but due to this issue and delays in shipping have decided to go with other companies.

Furnishing our entire apartment was an easy and pleasant experience thanks to Scott Snyder, who is a kind, patient and extremely helpful salesman. He has also kept us in the loop since then with emails re: deals and sales, and we’ve added a few complimentary pieces (like a huge glass pitcher that we still use for iced coffee on a daily basis!) by stopping in to see what’s new. Highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Scott by name – he’s the best!
