Oh my God, why doesn’t anyone ever answer the phone for the pharmacy. No matter what time of the day or week you call, there isn’t ever an answer.That’s so frustrating when you need information for medical reasons or your prescription issues.On a good note- it is very clean and once you get there, the staff is helpful.Put can so.eone please answer the phone!!It’s for insulin and it makes no sense to have to drive there to then be told it’s not covered or having another problem.

Worst pharmacy ever the phone line the pharmacist or customer service rep never answers it. The manger and staff does not even care for their customers, they are very rude at this location, the staff can be trained better. When I ask the pharmacist why they don’t answer the phone she was like they were very busy to talk to anyone. Mean while I been calling for the last 5 days at different times. I walked in and the were very rude as well. I will never go back here. I had to call the corporation office of Rite Aid to complain to get my medication filled. I hope they sees this message and fix this location customer service and management issues.
