We went to metro mattress in Rome New York, and had the pleasure of working with Carey. Mattress shopping is awkward enough and he made it a pleasurable experience. He was knowledgeable, witty, and overall great to work with. I have never taken the time to write a review about an associate, but he was a good time.

One of the best purchasing transactions I’ve ever experienced. The sales rep, Pablo, could not have been more professional and helpful – not to mention patient and kind. He was not pushy or aggressive and really knew the products and which ones would best fit my needs. He clearly explained all of the financing options and spent extra time figuring out ways to offer me the best deal. I capitulated between purchasing a queen or a king for over an hour … and walked out with one only to change my mind the next day to buy the other. Pablo helped didn’t bat an eye and re-worked the paperwork – even when into a branch on his day off. I hope this review will give him the positive recognition he deserves. The mattress is amazing too. I highly recommend this establishment – and the customer service. Well done Metro Mattress.

Sales person was Very good. Fairly satisfied with the product as well. However if you looking for any kind of response after the sale, forget it. I’ve already sent two emails more than a week ago and have not received a response yet. Mattress stores are a dime a dozen. While the service here was good and we’re happy with the product, if you’re looking for any kind of response once they have your money, forget it. Go find another place.
