This place is great. My family and I have been getting our glasses from this place for the past 6 years. Just got a new pair of transitions and a back up pair. It is slightly pricey but they work with you, the customer service is fabulous.

The Cohen Optical Fashion Store 116-53 Queens Blvd., Kew Garden, NY is the WORST place to go for your eyes or eyeglasses. The workers will rip their customers off if the customer is unaware at the time. Their optometrists are inexperienced and diagnosed a customer with the wrong condition and gave a med for the wrong diagnosis. Cohen has been disputed by many customers. I gave 1 star because it won’t allow me to give a -0- star rating.

Cohen optical at Kew Gardens is the worst place Ever!!. The sales staff is commission hungry and hate customers which is an irony. I have personally heard them pass nasty comments to people waiting for thier appointment and have no courtesy. Certain sales staff are pushy and out right disgusting in thier behavior.i had such a pathetic experience that I ended up going to Cohen Forest hills location and buying glasses worth $1500 due to exceptionally sales services at that location for me and family. They pretend to do a favor on the people who come. Gossip about people when they ask them to show different collection and only push frames which the highest price tag even if the customer hates it. Phones are ringing off the hook and the wait time is over 2 hr with prior appointment. Horrible experience… !!!!
