I used this repair shop for a car accident I had back in the summer. This shop is listed under one of Geico’s recommended repair center. The whole process from start to finish was handled professionally and they gave me a sense of reassurance that the car is in good hands. It has been 6 months since the car was repaired to new and everything has been running perfectly. Crossing fingers that I wouldn’t have to look for a repair shop again, but New Win would be first on the list.

This is the best auto repair shop in NYC. I had an issue with my AC and called several different repair shops for quotes. When I spoke with David, the manager from New Win Auto Repair, he gave me a fair price that was half of the quoted prices of some other places. When I took my car in, the mechanics inspected the car and gave me several options for repairing the issue. They even suggested a cheaper fix that could potentially solve the problem, but I opted to get the entire system repaired just to make sure. The mechanic explained how my AC system worked and where the potential problems could have arisen from. The other auto shops were blindly going to replace only one part of the system for the same price New Win Auto Repair offered. I’m so glad I went to New Win Auto Repair instead of settling for another place where I would have paid more for one part and been left without a resolution of the issue. I’ve been using my AC for a year now and it’s still running well.
