Horrible customer service. Was there to shop for a dress. I asked the blonde salesperson (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) if the dresses are true to size, she immediately assumed I was going to ask her to hold the dress for me and there are no returns. I’m like no not what I was going to ask, mind you I pretty much had to walk with her to get any questions asked!! Also there were a total of 4 people shopping at that time!! Not busy at all!! I am like ok get it, she finally answered that the dresses run small and needed to really try it on. I said ok as she rushed off. So I decided the dress would be ok and a very nice salesperson helped me ring it up. As my salesperson passed the other, the original salesperson (blonde) whisper in her ear!! So rude!! Then she’s realized I heard her, and plays “oh yes I was just saying someone was looking at that dress, with a phony smile!! So rude!! She needs to get over herself!! The store has very nice dresses, but please do better on who you hire!! Very unprofessional!!

Outstanding selection of dresses. Great prices and very friendly staff. Enough dresses, sizes and styles to make every daughter and parent happy. If you go there first you won’t need to go anywhere else. My daughter found that perfect dress there. It’s worth the trip.
