I love this place! They are polite, professional, and prompt. Their customer service is amazing! I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Roy’s from the owners who have clearly instilled a work ethic embedded with professionalism and caring to the entire Roy’s team that we interacted with starting Friday night thru Tuesday. and I cannot leave out the team from Green Genie as they were also nothing short of exceptional in the way they interacted with us and your team. We experienced what turned out to be a broken sewer trap just outside our foundation wall. Probably a typical day in the life and repair for Roy’s. What made this so significant to us is that we are caring for my mother at home in conjunction with Hospice. With no sewer, caring for my mother became an issue where time was of the essence as we were faced with the possibility of having to move her at a very delicate time. Everyone we came in contact with starting with my 1st phone call Friday night to the gentleman who fixed the sewer line on Tuesday were outstanding. Because of Roy’s, we were able to keep my mother comfortable and with whatever you did to get our repair arranged to be fixed as quickly as you did – this meant the world to us. With some issues that have transpired in just the last day, we have had an influx of medical staff and family here at her home and without a working sewer we would be in big trouble. We are so appreciative of what you did to help us. Your crews and Green Genie were outstanding! We will forever remember our interaction with Roy’s! Wanted to take a minute to write a review for Roy’s. Feb 21 we called as we didn’t feel like our boiler was producing enough heat. We know that it was really cold, but we had a big boiler. Called around noon to see if we could have someone check it out. Long story short, Jeff and Manny showed up around 2PM and were very pleasant – they were quick to troubleshoot our problem as well as thorough. The were quick to identify that we had a carbon monoxide LEAK which was pretty bad. They tagged our boiler as dangerous and scheduled an install for Monday the 17th (We have a great wood burning stove too). The team that came for the install were awesome! Kept everything clean and were very timely, they made sure to inform us of what they installed and how it works. Their install was better than our last boiler install! Highly recommend their service if you ever need work done!
