Where to begin. As I was shopping for the carpet, I had a salesman named Marty go into detail about how he was a ranger fan. He spent a solid 20 minuets giving me his life story. I dont mind a tiny amount of small talk, but this was over the top. I am here to buy a carpet, not hear your life story. Anyway, we ordered a carpet and paid for it with a credit card. A week later we had it installed. After the installation, we were told we needed to pay the other half with cash or a check. Nobody told us this, so we had to run to the bank as the installers followed us. We then looked at the work that they did. When they installed the carpet, the molding began to come off the wall and left a nice crack inbetween the molding and the wall. At no point did they mention this as they were installing it. They just kept going, and kept cracking the molding all the way across the wall. We called carpet depot, told them what happened, and they STILL expected the other half of the payment in cash because they claimed they were going to send someone out to fix it. We made a serious mistake giving these guys the rest of their money, expecting them to fix it. We made an appointment to fix it, and they called us a week earlier to set up an appointment on a tuesday instead. My fiance took off of work, fully expecting them to show up between 8 and 8 30 (which is the time carpet depot gave us). Well today is that day. It is almost 11 o clock and no one called us or showed up. I call carpet depot, and they tell me we werent even scheduled for something today…this is by far one of the worst experiences ive ever had with a place. They asked US to make time for THEM…to fix a mistake THEY made…and still didnt show up. These guys are an absolute joke. And as a side note, theyre extremely rude over the phone. They sound like its an inconvenience for them to fix a mistake they made.

Marty was more than helpful with flooring that we needed to repair flood damage in our home. He was professional and went out of his way to help us. Thank you Marty!!!

I think you guys should stop advertising on tv that you do ANY room for 599. Because that is untrue…
