Absolutely love this shop! Ms Mary Lou is wonderful, and never fails to satisfy! She took my order on last minute, literally 4-5 before the event, and listened to what I said my mom wanted! Boy did she deliver!! Everyone loved the cakes, and asked where we got them!!

After initially responding that a cake could be made and delivered, I received no call, email response or confirmation of my submitted order. Due to this being during the pandemic, I was unable to do anything else for a loved one’s birthday last month. This is the worst customer service. I will never order from this bakery.

I called Lou Lou Bakes to see if they had any Macarons, the woman I spoke with, which I’m guessing was Lou Lou, I’m not sure, said she made a fresh batch and had delivered them to Scripts Cafe. I went down to Scripts and bought a big box of them. Can I just say that those cookies were so good I had a dream about eating them later that night. Scripts Cafe was a cute spot I had never heard of to be honest, but I’m glad I went in there and plan on going again. The whole experience was great, so now I have new favorite cookie and a nice place to get a coffee. But those cookies….. do yourself a favor, get a big box!
