Well organized aisles. Encountered a few helpful workers when I needed to find items. A few cashiers acted as if they didn’t want to work. If they didn’t want to interact with guests then they shouldn’t be in that field. Nonetheless, I’ll be there again because 4 bad apples don’t ruin the entire store

I am giving this Lowe’s 5 stars due to the stellar help I received from one employee. Neville helped me immensely in the lumber department. I needed to solve a problem in providing extra wood to strengthen my bed. Neville not only gave me a great suggestion since the material I was looking for was not available, but he painstakingly picked out six unblemished wooden boards from the vast assortment of available wood boards, some of which had blemishes. He cut them to my specifications and was very cordial about it. It is hard to find a great worker like Neville at other large home improvement stores that I’ve shopped at before. He is definitely an asset to your store.

Went to buy plants. Some of the vegetables particularly cucumbers looked really bad. Other plants were fine so a mixed score. Parking is also really bad very crowded.
