I want to give credit to Brittany in the Hoosick Road store. I had tried to get my problem taken care of for hours and had trouble finding a real person that could give me any help. It was automated responses at every turn. When you spend money and have expectations of get a product as close to on time as possible and even pay extra at times for it you tend to get very aggravated. So when your package ends up “missing” and no one wants to help get you your items it will rub you the wrong way. This year has been terrible for all of us so I do my best to keep calm. FedEx needs to treat people like people and NOT a NUMBER! Brittany listened and gave me the contact needed to rectify my issue. The person that helped me at the GameStop number she gave me helped me without the run around and telling me I had to wait 5-7 days before they could help me.(FedEx has an automated person tell you this) I can’t recall the Gentleman’s name that helped me but he was awesome as well. These people really know how to treat a customer. I felt respected and confident that I will be taken care of now.These people should be recognized for their jobs well done!
